TMH Kandipodi

Bring the timeless taste home with our freshly ground Kandipodi

The TMH Kandipodi is a flavourful accompaniment served with traditional meals, made from fresh lentils roasted to a perfect golden-brown colour and coarsely ground with cumin and red chillies.

Directions & Recommendations: Add a generous dollop of Ghee in steaming Hot Rice or any South Indian breakfast and enjoy the blend of roasted lentils and aromatic spices.

Note: Always use a dry spoon. Once the packet is open, ensure that the pouch is zipped or stored in an airtight container at room temperature to retain natural aroma and flavour.

Ingredients: Lentils, Red Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and Salt.

TMH Filter Coffee Powder

Enjoy the timeless tradition of our rich heritage in every sip.

Each bean that goes into the making of TMH Filter Coffee powder is selected to give you the authentic taste and experience of true filter coffee.

Directions for use:

  1. Add 4 tbsp of TMH filter coffee powder in the upper part of the coffee filter. Gently press the powder with the plunger to remove air pockets. Rest the plunger above the coffee bed.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup (50 ml) of boiling water above the plunger. Wait for 5 minutes and then add another 3/4 cup (150 ml) of boiling water slowly.
  3. Wait for 20 minutes for the coffee decoction to percolate to the bottom compartment.
  4. Take 20-25 ml of decoction or as desired. Add 2 tbsp of sugar (optional) or as per taste.
  5. Now, add boiled hot milk to the decoction. Stir it 2-3 times and your favourite TMH filter coffee is ready.
  6. Sip gently to enjoy the full taste and aroma of TMH Filter Coffee.

Ingredients: Roast ground coffee (70%) and chicory (30%)

Note: Once opened, transfer the contents into an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Do not heat milk, coffee & sugar all together. Do not reheat coffee. This kills the gentle flavour or aroma. 

TMH Karapodi

Directions & Recommendations: Add Pure Ghee or Edible Oil with TMH Karapodi and serve with Hot Idis/Dosas or any of your favourite South Indian breakfast dishes.
